'The Lab' is focused on the art and science of making a cup of coffee!

 

With an on-site bean roaster your coffee will never be as fresh or as well prepared.

 

Inspired by the coffee process and the need for steam, 'Steam punk' influenced our use of materials, pipe work, gauges and laboratory equipment.

 

A particular successful feature is the bespoke ceiling design created utilising key clamp to mimic a complex pipework system.
