The development of 6000ft2 of modern offices within a Grade 1 listed seventeenth century barn was never going to be an easy task!

 

The solution was a non-invasive two storey internal structure that maintained the integrity of the existing structure.

 

The frame being suspended contained all services required to facilitate the office environment preserving the beauty of the original building.

 

Working closely with the client, the project was delivered on time and to budget for the incoming tenant.

 

Our works also included the design and implementation of the internal offices, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
