Situated in the beautiful landmark building that was the former Farnborough airport. The Aviator café had to echo a bygone era of aviation.

 

The design was a nod to the Art Deco architecture, the finishes relating to the period. The use of glass blocks, ribbed and buttoned leather, riveted aluminium panels, brick and concrete helped complete the retro aviation vibe.

 

The project included CAT A shell preparation, full design and fit out of the café together with the reinstatement of an office suite.
